    The facilities were excellent, especially the

    Staff's attention to our needs. They assisted us with a sudden issue we faced and even brought us meals. The breakfast was quite disappointing compared to the rest of our excellent experience. It was a nice visit.

    The location was ideal and beautiful, so close to food shops, motorbike hire and fast internet that is An LOT cheaper than At Panta and the gardens with large beds, TV and mosquito nets and the pier.

    Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

    The resort was incredibly quiet and set inland in the countryside. This venue had exceptionally friendly staff and we were able to thoughly relax on a trip.

    There were a couple of nights that some guests swam rather late and were a bit noisy. As our room overlooked the pool this did result in us waking up but a quick word from the verandah and everything quietened down again.

    Didn't like anything about this hotel. It was really run down. The room smelt very fusty as if no-one had been in it for a long time. The bathroom was awful. It wasn't clean and there was water and cockroaches everywhere. The breakfast was poor. We were very disappointed as we've visited Thailand several times and all the hotels we have stayed in were excellent. I would not recommend it to any of your clients.

    The staff was attentive! The hotel features a fine lily pond and delicious breakfast options, enhancing the experience.

    The location is rather isolated. It felt boring without nearby attractions. The dinner was not up to par with several flies around the food.

    The brand-new hotel was nice. Peaceful and ideal location so close to the airport which makes early flights more manageable made it easy to get to key attractions. We loved tastefully decorated room with fridge and very amiable and amicable staff. Very good service, even though a few employees were bad.

    Well, Wi-Fi was slow.

    The staff were very sweet and attentive. The pool is very nice.

    The food at the hotel kitchen was not very good but they did try very hard to create a nice environment. Rooms are very dated and bathrooms need over haul. There is nothing near to hotel, need to take considerable walk or taxi everywhere. Lots of little things, just a little off everywhere, for exampe, the advertised pool bar is non operational with no explanation offered. General lack of energy and enthusiasm in staff who all are kids, never saw an adult around the place.

    Couples seeking tranquility

    We spent one night at the hotel, renting a villa near the pool. The room was clean, spacious and had a large veranda where we enjoyed late evening drinks. It was so peaceful, you could almost hear the thoughts in your head, and those fine photo ops made it even better.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, it was still acceptable.
